Introduction
An Art programme was organized in conjunction with Chung Cheng High to educate the students about the art of Lim Tze Peng – Lim’s paintings featured the significant Nanyang Style, which was used distinctively by artists in Singapore’s early art scene. Students were given brief introduction and a further understanding of this style, the different methods and techniques used by Lim Tze Peng in his paintings. It was a special event as students share a connotation with Lim Tze Peng, who is an Chung Cheng High alumni.
This art programme was held in conjunction with the exhibition Lim Tze Peng: A Private Collection.
